Festive Nails from Elegant Touch

For the first time ever in my life, I think, I’m actually very excited about having a festive manicure on Christmas Day – it’s the little things, isn’t it? – thanks to the festive editions of stick on nails from Eylure.  I have three to pick from, two from the awesome House of Holland (or House of Ho Ho Ho, as the packaging suggests) and one from the standard collection, all three of which have their own unique spin on festivity.

The first of the House of Holland sets is the ‘Tis the Season collection; a bright set covering all the big names of Christmas such as Santa, Christmas pud’, penguins, snowmen and Christmas trees.  I’d say these are the most “Christmas Day” of the lot and these will probably be the ones I go for on the day itself.

Next up is the second House of Holland set which is the Unwrap Me collection. These are all present themed nails in different colour combinations that, whilst perfect for Christmas, can also work for the NY too.  You have green, red and gold nails and these are my favourite from the three I have.

Last is the more wintery take of the three, the Elegant Touch Snow Globe which are all blue with various takes on winter themes on the nails, such as snowmen, trees and snow lined houses.  These are probably the least Christmassy of the three and therefore you could get away with wearing these well into January.

There’s one other Christmas set in the House of Ho Ho Ho collection called Santa Baby – extremely cute Reindeers fingers and Santa thumbs – and one other in the Elegant Touch Christmas sets in a Christmas jumper theme – a red background with white Christmas jumper style designs in white.  The House of Ho Ho Ho designs are £8.99 for 24 nails in 10 sizes and the standard Elegant Touch Christmas nails are £7.95 and also contain 24 nails in 10 sizes – everything is available now from here – link – and Boots.  Keep your eyes peeled for my Instagram upload when I apply my chosen set for Christmas!
