The Pixi Glow Mist promises an “all over glow for a radiant, dewy effect” and that is exactly what it delivers – FINALLY something simple and easy to use that gives good glow! I am a massive fan of facial sprays as I find them extremely useful; not only for skincare and for use in at-home facials, but arguably more importantly, for make-up setting. As I have tricky skin, I wear a heavy base that I set in place with powder that can often look a little too ‘set’. Pair that with my regularly dehydrated skin and you have a recipe for a cakey, flaky mess!
The Pixi Glow Mist is quite different to other mists I’ve used as it’s an oil in water solution (so it’ll need a shake before you use it) that contains 13 skin-loving oils and is designed for use before, and after make-up application, as well as throughout the day for refreshing and adding more glow…and glow is what it adds! I’ve not used something quite as effective as this as giving skin that covetable dewiness that is so difficult to achieve. When my make-up is finished, I literally drench my face in this and let it dry (or involve the hairdryer if I’m in a hurry) before carrying on with my make-up. The finish is glowy, dewy, hydrated and absolutely lovely – this is a star product from Pixi that I see being every bit as popular as the infamous Glow Tonic. It’s also a steal at £15 here – link.
