12 Gifts of Christmas: Tigi Catwalk and Bed Head Gift Sets

A couple of weeks ago a big lovely box of Tigi goodies arrived, containing two Christmas gift sets that are exactly the sort of hair care I pick for myself, so whoever sent these over got them spot-on! I really like Tigi products, specifically styling products, as I think they have such a vast collection that there’s something to suit everyone’s requirements, but most importantly, they really do deliver results.

I’m cheating a bit as I’m supposed to only feature one gift per post in my 12 Gifts of Christmas series, but I couldn’t pick between the two so I thought I’d share both.  The first set is the Tigi Bed Head Bigged Up Set, which contains full-sized bottles of Bed Head Oh Bee Hive Matte Dry Shampoo – a new staple in my routine that gets used at least every other day, as not only is it a great dry shampoo, it’s also a great styling product for giving hair that mussed-up, lived-in look that’s actually really hard to achieve if you have soft, fine hair like mine! – and Bed Head Superstar Queen for a Day Thickening Spray, which is a great all-rounder for adding thickness, volume and general guts to hair.  The usual RRP for this set is £18.95, but I’ve found it for £11.35 which is just amazing value! Here’s the deal – link.

The other set is the Tigi Catwalk Haute Volume Set which contains the Root Boost Spray for Lift and Texture, which honestly could not be more my kind of product – lift, texture and root boosting are all things I want in my hair! This is a really good styling product that genuinely delivers what it promises in the form of a kind of spray-mousse consistency that you can either spray directly into roots and then work in, or spray into your hand and work along the lengths to add a bit of texture; I tend to do a mix of both.  The Work It Hairspray does a great job at holding hair in position without weighing it down, although I will say I’m not a huge believer in spending a lot on hairsprays when there are plenty of decent cheapies available.  However, this one is lovely, with a light fragrance and pretty packaging, making it a great gifting duo for anyone who likes a bit of volume and texture.  The price for this set is usually £19.95, but again I’ve found it on special offer for £11.65 here – link.
