It’s almost the end of the year, so here we have my final beauty box post for 2016…and what a year it has been for beauty boxes! The December 2016 Birchbox is a great little collection containing a solid mix of five products from well known brands.
The presentation for the Birchbox December 2016 is ever-so-pretty, with a gorgeous box containing a bag full of goodies. All products are sample-sized apart from one, but the fact that they’re all such well known brands does make it a bit more acceptable. Let’s have a look at what’s included this month:
The full-sized item is the Ciate London Fierce Flicks Eyeliner – a perfectly timed product since we all break out the eyeliner in the run-up to Christmas. I was very surprised to see the Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara included in the December 2016 Birchbox, but I’m very happy to see it as I do love a bit of Bobbi Brown! The only skincare item included this month is the Dr Brandt PoreDermabrasion which contains one of my favourite ingredients, salicylic acid, so I’m excited to try it.
I tend to avoid anything too mattifying as my skin can very easily look dry, which is the Benefit Cosmetics the POREfessional Matte Rescue isn’t higher up in my list, but you can’t go wrong with a bit of Benefit, right? Finally, the Percy & Reed Perfectly Perfecting Wonder Balm hasn’t got me excited, mainly because I’ve had a few of these and struggled to find a use for them, but people do rave about this as a multi-tasking star, so I’m sure most people will be happy to have it. I hate little samples in beauty boxes thats why i unsubscribed from them all.
but recently discovered the Lookincredible beauty box all full size products really really like them they have such fantastic brands like too faced , bareminerals , armani and so many many well known and new brands .
