Christmas Gift Guide: Bobbi Brown

The Bobbi Brown brand is famed for their wearable nudes and neutrals, and apart from the Neons and Nudes collection that came out earlier this year, there haven’t been many brights featured which is why I was really excited to see this gorgeous little palette released for Christmas.  The palette includes 3 eyeshadows, 2 lip colours and 1 lipgloss and costs £36.  

Bellini Lip and Eye Palette 

I was heavily swayed by the name of this palette as I’m a tad partial to bellinis on the rare occasion that I venture out into the big wide world to make vague attempts at a social life, but I’m also happy to see that the colours featured are absolutely charming and include 10 eyeshadows, 4 lipglosses and 2 brushes and costs £59.  

I’ve included this set of three eyeshadows mainly from curiosity as this kind of product – eyeshadows with their own applicators – is new to Bobbi Brown.  Having tried other products like this in the past and often struggled with fallout, I’d be interested to see how these performed.  Each shadow contains 95% pure pearl pigment which I would imagine would create quite a sparkle! This kit costs £33.  

This kit is a little more extravagant but worth the price as there’s quite a lot included.  In this kit you get a cream eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, cream blush, double-ended brush and a carry case.  This would be such a lovely gift for someone who deserves a more upmarket update to their kit and would be something I’d be thrilled to receive.  Priced at £51.  

This is another kit in the higher price bracket with a similar collection to the above Pretty Powerful set, but I’ve included it anyway because I love the concept; everything in this kit will take you from a daytime look to a night time look in a travel-friendly carry case.  In this kit you get 2 cream eyeshadows, eye pencil, mascara and a lipstick and this costs £50.  

I’d definitely and happily choose the Bellini Lip and Eye Palette as I love the name, shade range, collection and ease of transportation so it’s a winner for me.
