I was rather taken with this promotion from Nails Inc (which only lasts until midnight tonight, so you’ll need to get cracking!) which consists of a lucky dip purchase for £15. In the lucky dip you’ll get six random shades which works out as a huge saving on the original RRP, if you consider that most of their polishes start at £11 each. Obviously this could be a cunning way for Nails Inc to clear out their sale stock so there’s a risk you could end up with a load of polish colours you don’t want or like, but for £15 it’s still a fun and fairly cheap way to expand your collection! It’s safe to say that if I wasn’t the very model of self-control (erm…) and hadn’t already had a mega splurge on their sale a few weeks ago then this’d definitely be something I’d be indulging in.
As I said, you have until Midnight tonight (Friday, 25th January) so if you fancy getting involved, you’ll need to act quickly. More info can be found here and you can buy more than one Lucky Dip (it isn’t stated if there’s a limit so I would assume this means you can buy as many as you like) but then you are at risk of receiving some duplicate shades.
I’m a big fan of Nails Inc. polishes, great promo! Love the new blog 🙂
It’s a fab promo isn’t it? I love the idea of getting a surprise bag of Nails Inc polishes; they should launch a beauty box! 😀
Thanks so much, really glad you like the new style 🙂 xx
Since I always want to know what everyone in the world got in these things, my six were:
Clifford Street – a sparkly purple that was also in the Gold Rush collection I ordered at the same time. Tsk. Good thing I like giving stuff away. I have a feeling it was a dupe to start with, too, but I liked the rest of the set enough to go with it. Ho hum.
Chelsea Flower Show – bright orange “juicy sheer”.
Walton Place – “ultra bright pink” – won’t suit me, am not a very pink person anyway. Good colour though.
Blenheim Terrace – slightly dusty-rose pink with tiny sparkles, rather nice. Much more my kind of pink. Good on pale people I think.
Greenwich Park – silver glitter. I like silver but it makes my hands look red, dead or both, so I think this will become stripes on something else. Really good glitter, just wish it had been the bronze one.
Fenchurch Street – orangey-caramel-brown, may or may not suit me, may or may not look like poo.
So yeah, not the best, but the last lucky dip I got from the was great and I do like the dusty pink. Also I might experiment a bit with these in pursuit of a non-horrible result, so that could be fun.
Oh wow, thanks so much Myriad! That’s really handy and I’m quite pleased to see that they’ve included quite a few good shades (I like that a Juicy Sheer was included – I’ve wanted to try one for ages!) and I’m quite miffed I didn’t take the plunge now 🙂 knowing my luck, I would’ve ended up with lots of variants of brown though…xx
Everyone got the same by the sounds of it! Not so lucky dip!
No way!? Oh that’s a shame; although they did sound like fairly decent colours, but still 🙁 xx
