If you follow me on Instagram (seriously, you really should…I update it like my life depends on it) then you’ll know that I’ve had a few Jurlique products to play with over the past few weeks. I attended an event to be introduced to the brand who have recently launched into M&S Your Beauty, but I didn’t want to post about the launch until I’d had a chance to try out the products. Thankfully all is well, they are an awesome range, and I’m pleased they’re becoming more widely available.
Their ethos is shaped around the concept of nature plus science equals beauty. I find I get on best with brands that utilise elements from both rather than focusing on or the other. They have some jammy, sciencey approach to ingredients selection and formulation called a Bio-Intrinsic process which I won’t bore you with, not just because I don’t fully understand it (not because it’s particularly complicated, just because it’s all sciencey and whatnot) but if you like to know your beauty science then I recommend heading to their site where they’ve broken it all down.
I’ll be reviewing some individual products over the coming weeks, but in the meantime, if you’re looking to start on something from the brand and you love a bit of Jasmine then I can say that their Jasmine Hand Cream is easily the best Jasmine fragrance I’ve ever come across; I challenge you to apply it and not spend the following hour sniffing your hands like a crazy person. They’ve also marked their launch into M&S Your Beauty by releasing a deluxe (and may I add, rather pretty) edition of their Rosewater Balancing Mist. If you like your beauty products wonderfully scented and presented with a luxury feel, then Jurlique are a brand worth checking out. For more info on Jurlique head here and to check out Jurlique through M&S have a look here or instore; it’s worth noting that, at the time of writing, there appears to be a bit of a Jurlique sale on at M&S online, so now’s definitely the time to either try something new or stock up on favourites.
Great post!
I am so happy that they are now selling Nuxe, I went to my local big M&S at the Trafford Centre and they had 20 off their new beauty range, I was in heaven.
