As usual Bourjois are getting us beauty-lovers all hot and bothered over their forthcoming releases. It’s safe to say there’s quite a bit to get excited about, but none more so than these Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet lip paints. They’re matte and velvety lip lacquers (minus the drying effect of typical matte formulas) which apparently, once applied, become like second skin, so you’re left feeling like you have nothing on your lips, yet visually there’s an intense pop of vivid colour.
There will be eight shades launching, most of which fall under the red umbrella, but there’s also a nude and a couple of berry-toned pinks too. The shades are:
Personne ne Rouge – classic red
Frambourjoise – red berry with pink undertones
Hot Pepper – Coral leaning red
Peach Club – Pale orange
Ole Flamingo – Deep pink/raspberry
Pink Pong – Berry toned fuchsia
Nude-ist – Rosewood nude (brown leaning)
Grand Cru – Deep berry/burgundy with pink tones
The shades I’m most looking forward to trying are Frambourjoise, Pink Pong and Ole Flamingo, however I’m thinking the classic red of Personne ne Rouge in this formula could be quite the investment product, and I have no doubt that Nude-ist will be a crowd-pleaser too. I’m not sure how much these will be or when they launch, but I do know there’s currently a waiting list at Boots (!!) so head to Boots here – link – to join the list if you want to be one of the first to get your hands on these beauties.
Lovely shades. I love Bourjois lip products to will keep an eye out for these :o) Xx
