Ted Baker Grooming Room Range

Finally something for the boys! My Dad’s a bit of a modern Metrosexual (not that you’d know it considering he’s a skinhead covered in tattoos, but he is) and consequently he does love a good product – maybe that’s where I got it from as my mum isn’t that into beauty – so I’m always keeping my eyes open in the hope that I’ll find him a good bit of grooming to get excited about.  Up until now, the only distinctive and comprehensive range of grooming products that both myself and my father have been a fan of are the Clinique for Men range, which is great but also extremely expensive as a gift (I buy the majority of the products for him) so I’m pleased to see the arrival of the Ted Baker Grooming Room range.

The Ted Baker Grooming Rooms are like beauty salons for men, based at three central London locations.  There are eight products in the range, and they’re all numbered so you know what to use when and where.  The products are:

Step 1: Face Wash or Face Scrub
Step 2: Shave Gel or Shave Cream
Step 3: Post Shave Balm
Step 4: Cologne
Step 5: Cream Wax, Hair Cream or Hair Gel

This appears to be a fab little range aimed to make grooming as simple as possible, so the dude in your life has no excuse! I really like the fact there are options (e.g. wash or scrub for prepping and gel or cream for shaving) and the prices are very reasonable starting at £6.50 for the hair products (step 5), £8 for the preps (step 1) and shaving products (Step 2), £9 for the post-shave balm (step 3) and £15 for the aftershave (step 4).  Check out all the products here – link.
