An Introduction to My eBay Collections

I’m sure you’ll have seen the recent addition to eBay which is a new way of storing and organising your favourite listings, and it’s called eBay Collections.  These collections are Pinterest-style boards of items that you can theme in any way you see fit and it’s a great way to put together wish lists as well as inspirational collections of things you love to keep tabs on.  I’ve put together 12 boards in total, all of which can be found here, but I thought I’d break them all down into three sets of four and give you a bit of background info on each of my beauty-themed collections.

I’ll start off with my Beauty and Pampering for Every Budget collection which is, as the name suggests, various products you can purchase to get some at-home pampering, regardless of your budget.  This collection contains a good selection of my favourite pampering treats as well as a few additions that are there purely for spoiling yourself, so have a look and see if anything takes your fancy.

Next is the first of two of my collections that honour Pantone’s Colour of the Year for 2014, Radiant Orchid.  This board focuses on orchid-coloured eye products that will help you embrace the shade either vibrantly or subtly, depending on what you fancy.  Whether you prefer liner or shadow, there are plenty of takes on the orchid shade to chose from, so head to my Radiant Orchid Eyes collection to find out more.

If you’re a fan of beauty gadgets and gizmos then I recommend checking out my Essential Beauty Tools collection which is a selection of some of my absolute favourite tools as well as some I’d love to try.  I’ve added some of my favourite brushes to the collection as well as hair and body tools, so it’s definitely worth checking out.

Regular readers will know just how much I love a good face mask, so much so that I have a massive collection at home, so I thought it would make sense to put together a collection of some of my absolute favourite masks along with some cute ones I’ve come across along the way that I’d like to try.  If you fancy some face mask pampering then the Fabulous Face Masks collection is for you!

In my mind, eBay Collections are very much like a blend of social media and shopping, as you can follow, share and get involved with your favourite ‘collectors’ but there’s also the practical element of shopping what you see.  At the very least it’s really good fun to decide on a theme for your collection and start searching for things to add…prepare yourself though, as you’ll end up justifying and making purchases that you definitely don’t need! Is that not the brilliance of eBay?
