Oh how I love a mask! There’s nothing quite like the pampering experience of a bit of facial indulgence with a deep cleanse followed by a mask to try and tackle whatever issues my skin is showing, which is why I’ve written so much about masks lately, as I feel they’re a great way to pamper with minimal time and effort. Cosmic Beauty UK sent me a little selection of masks from their eBay shop, all of which are sheet masks and most of which appear to be from the Asian market so they’re all fun and slightly crazy sounding sheet masks. I personally love a sheet mask as they’re very effective at forcing moisture (or other targeted ingredients) into skin.
Cosmic Beauty UK specialise in sheet masks, so they have sheet masks for everything from under the eyes to hands and feet. Most of the masks appear to be sold either as individuals or sets, and P&P is free meaning you can create your own, bespoke pamper session by adding your chosen masks to your basket. For example, something for your face, plus a hand mask and a foot mask would set you back less than a tenner, making it an affordable way of indulging.
I’ve been recently moaning quite a bit about my dehydrated skin, so a mask infused with moisture has been a very welcome arrival, plus I really do love Asian skincare and I’ve recently been looking further into it to see what’s new. I’ve so far only used a facial mask and a hand mask, the latter of which was peach flavoured and absolutely gorgeous; you put on gloves that are filled with peach scented moisture and then just settle down for as long as you like. Then when you remove them, you rub in the excess and you’re done. This is the same for any kind of sheet mask and it’s lovely way to do things. If you’re interested in trying these sheet masks – I really recommend the peach hand mask – head to Cosmic Beauty UK here – link.
