I have so much love for Only Fingers + Toes which, if you’re unfamiliar, are a fantastic brand of luxury polishes currently available at Harvey Nichols – have a look at my intro post here where you can also find some more of their amazing shades. Today’s post is a look at the AW14 edit from the brand, the Elements Collection, which is a set of six shades inspired by the periodic table.
The shades are Krypton – a greige nude; Gold – a pale, gold glitter; Manganese – a muted deep green shade; Mercury – a mid grey; Nitrogen – a multi-tonal purple, blue and green glitter and lastly Neon – a green-leaning yellow. My favourites of the bunch are Krypton, Gold and Nitrogen, with the latter being extremely interesting and not like anything I’ve seen previously!
Neon is probably the one that most people will go for as it’s unusual and represents the collection really well, but I’d actually say it’s my least favourite of the bunch. These are not the sort of the shades I’d normally go for as I like brights and pinks (as you all know) but there are definitely a few shades that I’m looking forward to trying, plus I can see Gold being a really popular shade when the weather heats up again.
The Only Fingers + Toes collection is on-trend, extremely seasonal and well worth checking out.
