If 2014 was the year of contouring with brands that specialise in contouring products arriving on the scene, will 2015 be the year of the base brands – collections of products designed to make a flawless and perfected base achievable with just a few key products? I hope so as that would be awesome! Ever Pearl is an American make-up brand that will be shortly launching on to QVC with some amazing base products to covet, such as the beautiful Blush Trio with Fan Brush above.
One of the products I’m most excited about is the Dual Salmon Concealer, a pink-leaning (as the “salmon” reference suggests) concealer designed to negate blue-toned under-eye circles. I love the fact that it comes with a brush and a sponge for perfect application, plus there appears to be a decent shade selection the states so hopefully we’ll get the same lot here.
Speaking of dual products, there will also be a Dual Foundation launching that comes with a sponge, allowing for bespoke shade creation as well as subtle contouring. It’s a shame it won’t come with a brush like the other products.
Saving arguably the best ’til last we have the 5-Piece Natural Eye Collection which looks absolutely stunning. You get a palette of six shadows, 2 brushes (one of which is double-ended), a pencil and a sharpener.
It’s my experience that if QVC Beauty decide to take on a brand, it’s well worth checking out and reading online reviews only confirms that this a brand to get excited about. Prices are still unconfirmed for the Eve Pearl UK launch, but I would guess they’ll sit around the same or slightly higher price point of Tarte. It all kicks off on QVC on the 25th January 2015, so don’t forget to tune in!
