The Glossybox March 2015 box is a “step into Spring” box that contains six goodies to help you do that. I haven’t been hugely blown away by a lot of the beauty boxes this year so far, but I am really digging this one – probably because it includes plenty of colour, and I do love a bit of colour.
I’m also happy that a little bit of everything is included and it isn’t too skincare or make-up heavy. You’re getting hair products, nail products, skincare and make-up, making this a really well edited box. As usual, here’s the contents of the March 2015 Glossybox in order of my favourites:
Anyone who regularly reads my beauty box reviews will know how annoyed I get when there are conditioners of shampoos included without the other member of their duo, so I am very pleased to see that in this month’s box we get a shampoo AND conditioner from the same set! This is so good as it means I can genuinely try the duo out, however I realise this is me being extra fussy and most people aren’t too concerned about such things. Anyway! The included duo are the Youthful Vitality Shampoo & Conditioner from the Dove Advanced Hair Series and I can’t wait to give them a go.
Next up is a brand I haven’t tried before but I’ve read lots of positive things, which is Essence, and the product included is the Lash Princess Volume Mascara. I’m always happy to try a new mascara, especially one as cutely packaged as this.
The Naobay Moisturizing Peeling not only looks pretty, it also sounds promising as it’s a gentle, facial peeling milk designed to soften and brighten the complexion. I’ll be giving this a go soon although I’m hoping it won’t be too much of a manual exfoliation as I’m not a big fan of those.
Keeping things bright and colourful we also get a full-sized NCLA Nail Lacquer, with the one I received called “I Only Fly Private” which is a bright and very summery orange – can you imagine how lovely this will look with tanned feet? I’m guessing the boxes include various different shades so it’ll be interesting to see what others got.
Lastly we have the Sleek MakeUP Pout Paint which is last purely and simply because I can’t see myself using this particular shade, called Port, which is a deep, purple/berry shade. I think we’re all getting the same shade and I can immediately think of a couple of bloggers who will love this colour, so at least that’s something.
As you can see, the March 2015 Glossybox is absolutely lovely, so if you fancy getting stuck in, head on over to Glossybox here – link.

I am the same with matching shampoo and conditioner. I hate using one without the pair.
I’m so glad to hear it isn’t just me! xx
What a great box. A real mix of products & brands. I like it. The mascara sounds great & I love Dove haircare

It is a good selection isn’t it? I was definitely happy with this month’s box xx
I personally hate the look of this Glossybox, I have been a subscriber for years…seems to get cheaper looking by the month..back to latest in B and others. I would like to try some high end quality products this screams superdrug and boots all over again
I get where you’re coming from, this month does seem to be quite a divisive edit – I think it’s quite good though xx
I got this months and was impressed. Though with the sleek paint pout i got peaky keen which is near enough the same colour as the nail varnish. As im the same skin colour as casper i wont use it but would of loved to receive Port! I may see if i can give mine to a friend :).
Oh I would’ve loved that shade! I thought we were all getting the same shade so it’s good to hear there was a bit of a mix xx
I would happily swap the pout paint shade with you if you would like the peachy keen? 🙂 xxx
I would’ve loved to but I’ve already given it to my neighbour – sorry lovely! xx
I was disappointed – Instead of the Pout gloss I got Carmex and the nail varnish in an unattractive green shade (which reminded me of Grotbags the witch if anyone else is old enough to remember that!) Along with the Dove sample sizes and a £3.30 mascara it all felt a lot more Superdrug than the ‘premium’ message Glossybox pitches. I was bought my 3-month Glossybox subscription by a friend for my birthday in January – after two underwhelming boxes I won’t consider subscribing permanently unless the April box is much better than the last two.
Oh that’s a shame about the different products. Fingers crossed you like next month’s box! xx
I had the same box. I like the Naobay product & Carmex original is an essential for me.
Underwhelmed by the mascara though.
Looking forward to next months box though- if only for that Lord & Berry pencil & the gorgeous design of the box xx
Ooo yeah I forgot to mention that! The next box looks fab, doesn’t it? Really looking forward to it xx
