I don’t often do NOTD posts anymore, even though I aim to get my nails done weekly (as a little pampering treat for myself where I get to take an hour out of the day to just sit still and inhale the polish remover fumes…bliss!) because I tend to put all my nail pictures on Instragram – here’s my feed, if you’re interested – but I thought I’d share with you this shade from Morgan Taylor as I don’t think I’ve mentioned the brand before, plus it comes from a very cute collection.
Morgan Taylor Ella of a Girl is from the Cinderella collection, which consists six fairy tale inspired colours. I’ve seen swatches and I love the look of the Best Ball Gown Ever which looks fab and quite interesting, so I might have to pick that up. Ella of a Girl is a mid pink cream that leans quite warm. It’s a very pretty shade, albeit somewhat unremarkable, but it’s a great everyday pink.
Impressively, I’ve had it on for 6 days and it was only after day 5 that a little wear started to show – up until then it remained glossy and fresh looking and maintaining the look of a new manicure, with the only giveaway being my ragged cuticles. I’ve had a nose on the Morgan Taylor site where there are some great nail art ideas on how to use the shades from the Cinderella collection here – link. You can pick it up for £9.95 here – link.
