How gorgeous are the Marc Jacobs Daisy fragrances? Not only are they beautifully packaged, they contain exciting, interesting and extremely pretty scents that are just a little bit different to the traditional florals, without being so different that they become unwearable as a daily fragrance.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Sorbet is wonderfully summery, with fruity top notes (pink grapefruit, pear and passion fruit), floral heart notes (wisteria, jasmine and lily of the valley) and floral/musky base notes (violet, cedar and musk). The tropical fruit give the first spray of this a dreamy, desert island scent that makes me long for a bit of sun-lounging. Then the dry-down gives way to a more balanced, floral scent, however the beautiful fruits remain strong and apparent for quite some time, giving this an almost fruit cocktail vibe.
