It’s quite astonishing just how huge the Formula 10.0.6 range actually is, especially when it seems they’re adding to it every few weeks! I thought it was pretty vast, but then I came across the American site that stocks far more products from the line, and it really is massive! Formula 10.0.6 Be Berry is a collection of six products (three peel-off masks, two mud masks and one cleanser) with a focus on fruit as the key ingredient. This means that not only do the products smell yummy, they’re also formulated to provide antioxidants and leave skin glowing. I decided to try the Formula 10.0.6 Be Berry Clear Illuminating Peel Mask in the bath, so here’s how I got on…
…actually, surprisingly well! You’d think that the humidity of a bath would stop the mask drying (it has to dry so you can peel it off) but it thankfully wasn’t an issue and it dried really well. There are two types of peeling masks around at the moment, the traditional ones that dry like a second skin and are strangely satisfying to peel off, then there are the clay ones that aren’t great for your skin and can be pretty painful to peel. The Formula 10.0.6 Be Berry Clear Illuminating Peel Mask falls into the first category, meaning you get all the joy of a peel-off formula without any of the pain. This mask smelt fabulous, felt good on, peeled off easily and left my skin looking and feeling extremely smooth and revitalised without any signs of being upset or inflamed – I was genuinely impressed with how well it worked, especially considering it was so gentle and great for calming breakouts too; count me a fan! It’s £10 from ASOS here – link – where you can also find the other products in the range.
