There are always new and exciting innovations in skincare, many of which pass me by without much of a second thought, but occasionally there are things that pique my interest; I remember hearing about probiotics in skincare a while back and thinking that it sounded like a very sensible approach to addressing skin issues, since it’s so renowned for balancing and correcting issues with bacteria and consequential inflammation internally, it makes sense that it’s likely to help with similar issues on the skin too.
I’ve been trying out a few bits from the Tula Probiotic Skincare range and I’m thoroughly impressed, with some firm favourites established already. The range is comprehensive yet sensible and not at all overwhelming. Another favourite is the Exfoliating Treatment Mask which is a gentle, multi-purpose clay-based mask that’s a great all-rounder that gives skin a real boost. The Hydrating Mist is a lovely, milky mist that works really well layered with the other skincare items and the Pro Glycolic 10% pH Resurfacing Gel is a light yet effective AHA treatment.
