Another big regret from 2017 is the fact that I didn’t get to feature as much Kiko as I would have liked to, especially as they had some phenomenal collection launches that were all the pretty and deserved a lot more love than I managed to give. But fear not, as I have some of the beautiful Kiko Into the Dark to show you, of which there are still a few bits available to get your hands on.
One thing Kiko does incredibly well is packaging, as perfectly exhibited in the Into The Dark collection, which is packaged/detailed with red and pink flowers on a black background that really stands out as very attractive. Kiko collections are always comprehensive with lots of joy-bringing bits and bobs to coo over. The eye collection contains Metallic Eyeshadows in a cream formula as well as a mascara and some gorgeous shades of eyeliners that work really well within the whole dark and quietly vampy vibe.
To match the Metallic Eyeshadows there are also Metallic Lip Colours and my favourite of the collection, the Shimmering Face Powder which is so beautiful to look at, providing a gentle hit of light to the cheek and brow bones that subtle, warm and flattering. The beautiful brush is also a favourite – how stunning is the design? I love it so much!
Finally, they’ve got some great nail products as part of the collection including nail polishes and some nail art bits that I haven’t used yet, but I would like to as they’re not only very pretty, but they look quite easy to use (famous last words) and they’re very well priced – originally £2.50 each, now down to £1.20 each – there’s nail art stickers and nail art tape. You can find the remaining Kiko Into The Dark products on here – link – but if there’s anything you especially fancy that you can’t see online, head to one of their stores to see what’s left.
