The Glossybox February 2018 is the prettiest box I’ve seen for a while and a definite keeper! Thankfully, the Glossybox February 2018 contents is equally fab, with lots of pretty make-up/colour bits to coo over, alongside a timely bit of hydrating skincare and a great polish too.
Interestingly, this month they’ve started listing all the products on the insert that you might get in your box (rather than the old way of tailoring the insert to feature only what you actually get in your box) so I would think this might upset a few people as they’ll see what they could’ve got instead of what they actually did – the grass is always greener! The contents I got this month was great, however, there were two mascara possibilities and I got neither, so that’s a shame.
I was very keen to try the Studio 10 Beauty Makeup Mist Glow-Plexion which is a bit of an all-in-one, primer/setter/hydrator type that is the sort of product I’m always happy to try. Speaking of products I always like to try, the Skin Chemists London 24-Hour Aqua Repair Facial Serum sounds awesome and is a great inclusion in a box that arrives in February, when it’s horrendously cold and skin starts to struggle. You can’t really beat a Sleek Makeup iDivine palette, can you? There are various shades being featured, I got the lovely Storm which is definitely a keeper.
The final two products are low in my list purely because they’re not really my colours, but I still think they’re great inclusions. First up is a mini Ciate London polish – the shade I got is a little more nude than I tend to go for, but, much like the Sleek palette, there are various shades being featured this month. The final product is the beautifully presented Steve Laurent Nude Pop Lip Tint. The only reason this is last is because it’s a shade that’s quite an orangey nude – I’m not a big nude fan at the best of times (unless it leans especially pink) but add orange to the mix and it’s a big no from me.
