Tropic Skincare Tahitian Vanilla and Coconut Luxury Bath Foam

When I think of Tropic, I think of their amazingly natural skincare, then more recently their fantastic make-up range too.  I don’t really associate them with bath and body products, even though they have a pretty decent range available, including the Tropic Skincare Tahitian Vanilla and Coconut Luxury Bath Foam which gives baths a little bit of pampering luxury that we could all do with right now.

I didn’t know how I’d get on with the scent of this bath foam, as I love Vanilla but I’m not a huge fan of coconut as I think it can easily be overly sweet and quite synthetic.  The fragrance of the Tropic Skincare Tahitian Vanilla and Coconut Luxury Bath Foam is a beautiful merge of the two, with the coconut providing a subtle sweetness that underpins the rich vanilla – neither of the scents are overpowering and both compliment each other really well.  As bath foams go, this is a really decent one that provides a generous amount of creamy bubbles that stay put and don’t fade away within minutes of you stepping-in.  The scent also lasts well and keeps the bath fragrant without being too rich or OTT.  You also only need a tiny amount to produce a full bath of long-lasting bubbles, making this a decent investment at £18 for 260ml.  I also really like the fact that there’s a refill available – 520ml for £9 – meaning you can keep topping up your bottle thus saving on waste.  I believe this is the only bath foam in the Tropic range so far, but I really hope they add more to the line; I can see them doing really well with some relaxing, calming fragrances, especially as they have the basics spot-on (the price point and the availability of refills) so hopefully we’ll see some new arrivals soon.  Find it here – link.
