I’ve been using Better Health Oral Sprays for absolutely ages, so I thought now would be the perfect time to share a little review, especially since we all need to be doing everything we can to encourage our immune systems to work as well as they can, and adding some supplementary vitamins into our daily routine is a great way to help.
Better Health Oral Sprays come in a massive variety with something to cater for every need; my six year old son has a daily spray of the junior Vitamin D spray, and I currently use the Multivitamin Spray. There are a few different multivitamin sprays to suit various ages and dietary requirements, but what I really like is the huge range of single vitamin sprays; they have two strengths of Iron, a whole host of Vitamin D (if you’re UK based then you’re likely to be low on this) and other specific singles such as CBD and Turmeric, both of which are getting a lot of credit for their anti-inflammatory effects.
There’s a strong argument that suggests that taking vitamins in a spray form promotes a better rate of absorption as it gets straight into the bloodstream (rather than having to work it’s way through your digestive system) but obviously I’m not medically qualified so this is only based on what I’ve read, although it does make sense to me. The main reason I like these so much is that I have a huge, completely irrational fear of swallowing pills, so it’s always been a struggle for me to take regular supplements, and often the non-pill forms have to be mixed with liquids, whereas the Better Health Oral Sprays literally just go straight into the mouth. They’re also fantastically well priced, so I can’t recommend enough!

A doctor in the U.S. prescribed B12 spray for me as I have pernicious anaemia and I then switched to injections, which I’ve been without for months so these sprays would be very handy x
