Look Fantastic Beauty Box – October 2020 Edition

Welcome to my first ever look inside the Look Fantastic Beauty Box (October 2020 edition) and I am definitely impressed! The theme of the month is “retreat” so the products are all designed to give you a spa-like experience at home.  There are six products in total, so here’s what you get:

Glov Hair Wrap (£14.99) – I absolutely love hair wraps as they’re designed to be much kinder to water-weakened hair.  This one has a multitude of uses, such as leaving hair to dry overnight and locking-in hair masks, plus, as it’s made from microfibre it’ll significantly reduce drying time.

By Terry Baume De Rose Flaconnette (£14) – I was so excited to see this included! I love By Terry and Baume de Rose has been on my wishlist for quite some time.  This is a travel-sized version that can be used under or over lipstick, or just as a healing lip balm.  I love the fact that’s in a lipgloss tube as one of my pet hates is dipping my fingers into lip balm tubs!

Ecooking Overnight Foot Cream (£8.10) – Ecooking is an exciting brand that’s really gaining traction into the UK, thanks to its vast array of products for all sorts of needs and skin types.  The foot cream fits in really well with the theme of the box, especially as the days are becoming colder, so the heating goes on and dry patches get even more dry.

BubbleT Early Grey Bath Tea (£5.99) – I love literally anything that’s designed to improve the bath experience and this sounds fantastic!

Balance Me Bakuchiol Serum (£11) – Retinol is everything is skincare, and for very good reason, but a lot of people can’t tolerate it, so Bakuchiol is having a moment as a great, natural alternative and this is a great product to be included in the box.

Starskin Smoothing Bio-Cellulose Second Skin Eye Catcher Mask (£4.25) – I love a long bath with a sheet mask on my eyes as I just feel it ads to the overall pampering experience – this one from Starskin is a great choice for reducing puffiness and dark circles.

This whole box is just £15, which is an absolute bargain for some really great products.  The £15 allows you to pay monthly, but if you fancy committing to something a little more long-term, there are several options available that reduce the individual box costs: a 3 month subscription brings the box price down to £14.50 a month, 6 months to £13.75 and 12 months to £13 a month.
