The last few months of my life have been peppered with sickness and hospital stays, so consequently, both my skin and my skincare routine have suffered. It got to the point where nothing was really making any difference to my skin, so I stripped everything right back and used very little. When the Ole Henriksen 3 Little Wonders set arrived, I was so excited to give the trio a go as I have such a soft spot for Ole Henriksen; I was lucky enough to meet the man himself right at the start of my blogging journey, and he was just so fun and enthusiastic, plus I really agreed with the ingredients he liked to focus on. Plus, arguably most importantly, he has phenomenal skin!
The Ole Henriksen 3 Little Wonders set comprises of three essential products from the range, making it a great introduction to the collection. The set contains Truth Serum, Sheer Transformation Perfecting Moisturiser and Invigorating Night Transformation Gel. The Truth Serum is the one product that I didn’t have enough of an opportunity to put fully through its paces, since it’s an AM serum, so whilst it feels lovely and fresh on the skin, I can’t comment on how well it sits under make-up and if it plays well with SPF etc, because I think I’ve worn make-up about twice this year so far…
The Sheer Transformation Perfecting Moisturiser is a really lovely product that feels deeply hydrating without any greasiness or heaviness. It can apparently be used as a day or night moisturiser, but it leaves skin a little tacky, so I would recommend using it more as a night treatment, particularly over the final product in the trio, the Invigorating Night Transformation Gel, which is by far my favourite of the trio.
The Invigorating Night Transformation Gel is a brilliant product that does exactly as it promises, providing a noticeable overnight exfoliation that’s potent without being too aggressive. My skin is quite sensitive at the mo but right after surgery I used this completely neat without a moisturiser over the top quite a few times, and there was no redness or sensitivity, instead there was just skin that looked clearer, brighter and smoother. Texture was noticeably improved and I also felt that it had a positive impact on my breakouts. I think this is a particularly good product for anyone who needs to reset their skin since it tackles a number of issues.
The Ole Henriksen 3 Little Wonders is £60 and each product is 30ml. I think the full-sized products are around 50ml so you are getting a really good size of each product that’s more than enough to thoroughly test out. Find the set at Boots here – link.

I love skincare sets, for trying products but without spending too much. Hope you’re feeling better x
