SkinSense have added a new line to their fabulous skincare collection, and this one is called Ceramide24, providing products that encourage a healthy skin barrier. I’m loving the fact that skin barrier care is having such a moment as I strongly believe that, no matter what your skin type or problem, if you’re not protecting your skin barrier then not much else is going to work. A healthy, hydrated skin barrier is everything!
The range currently contains seven products:
Ceramide24 Delicate Cleansing Cream (£32)
Ceramide24 Ceramide Complex Serum (£36)
Ceramide24 Comforting Eye Cream (£32)
Ceramide24 Pro-Resilience Day Cream (£38)
Ceramide24 Recovery Support Night Cream (£38)
Ceramide24 Sculpting Neck and Decolette Cream (£42)
Ceramide24 AHA Treatment Mask (£42)
The majority of the products contain a Ceramide Lipid Complex amongst a host of lots of skin-loving ingredients, with Niacinamide sitting high on the list for many of the treatments. If you read my blog or follow me on social, you’ll probably know that my skin absolutely refuses to tolerate Niacinamide – it gets very inflamed and breakouts if I use anything containing it – so I’m limited on what I can try from the range sadly, particularly as the textures of the creams look absolutely dreamy, but I’m very excited to try the neck cream and mask, as well as the cleanser – keep your eyes on my social feeds to see how I get on!
