Anyone who likes a clean, flawless finish to their base needs a good Stippling Brush in their collection, and the Eco Tools Stippling Brush is a very handy and nicely priced one to try out. A Stippling Brush is a base essential as it has so many uses, with the most traditional one being for applying foundation, however, it can also be used for cream products like blusher or contour, but I like to use it for as a finishing brush to gently buff everything together and rid my base of any edges or smudges.
The Eco Tools Stippling Brush is pretty soft, although not the softest brush I’ve ever used as it has an ever so slight scratchiness on sensitive areas such as around the eyes, but it’s barely noticeable and certainly not a deal-breaker. The things that lovely about this brush is that the spacing of the bristles is just right, so that it does actually blend product out, but it isn’t so heavy-handed that it’ll undo all your hard work. I wouldn’t personally use this for the application of any thick products as it’s too soft to buff them out properly, but for lighter, fluid foundations it gives a lovely finish, and if you’re like me and tend to use thicker products, it’s perfect for blending everything together. It’s £7.99 here – link.
