This Summer, I was shortlisted for a couple of Beauty Blogger Awards and to celebrate, Aromatherapy Associates sent me a few bits to allow me to mark the occasion with some serious indulgence. Obviously anything from Aromatherapy Associates is gorgeous and luxurious, but the product I was particularly excited about was their taster set of their amazing Bath & Shower Oils. The Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath & Shower Oil Collection is stunningly presented and would make a gorgeous gift for anyone who loves a relaxing bath or shower, although I think they work better as bath oils, personally.
The Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Bath & Shower Oil Collection contains ten oils, all of which provide a variety of functions depending on what you fancy. The oils included are Relax Deep, Relax Light, De-Stress Mind, De-Stress Muscle, Revive Morning, Revive Evening, Support Breath, Support Lavender and Peppermint, Support Equilibrium and Inner Strength. As you can see, there are many types of support oils beyond relax and unwind, although those elements are covered too if you’re like me and just want to drop yourself into a bath of total chill. The little oil vials are suggested for single use, but I’ve found I can easily get two baths out of each one, possibly even three if I’m really determined. If you don’t have access to a bath (you have my sympathy, my last home where I lived for more than ten years only had a shower) then you can also use the oils by rubbing them into your torso and inhaling the aroma for the full chilled-out experience. This is a lovely set that works for a great introduction to these cults oils, and at £40 for the box (working out at £4 per oil) this is not too bad price-wise either. Find it here – link.
