Bodhi & Birch Superfood Series Mini Discovery Set

I’ve really tried to cover all skincare needs in my 12 Gifts of Christmas series, which I think I have managed as there really is something for everyone.  This beautifully presented, charismatic set of skincare from Bodhi & Birch is a perfect example of the sort of product range that you hear about and want to get stuck into immediately; The Bodhi & Birch Superfood Series Mini Discovery Set is a perfect introduction to the recently launched Superfood skincare range, with a decent sized mini version of each of the five products.

Bodhi & Birch Superfood Series Mini Discovery Set

The set contains 15g of the Avo Bao Cleansing Balm, 15ml of the Tomato Seed Cleansing Oil, 15 ml of the Lemon Water Hydrosol Tonic, 12g of the Renshen Root Exfoliant and Mask, 5ml of the Super25 Botanical Serum and a hand-crocheted organic cotton cleansing cloth to be used with the cleansing products.  I’ve banged on about my fascination with the Superfood skincare range in previous posts, bu I just find it really interesting as it’s very “apothecary-esque” in that you’re actively encouraged to mix the various formulas to create your own bespoke products – they even offer Alchemy Bowls on site for this very purpose.

I received the Bao Cleansing Balm and the Super25 Botanical Serum when the range first launched, so I know the collection is good – the Super25 Botanical Serum is especially impressive; I started using it again recently and it really is lovely – nourishing, soothing, brightening…pretty much everything you’d want from a rich, oil-based facial treatment.

The Superfood Series Mini Discovery Set is worth £69, but the price is £50.  If you want to go all-in and commit to the full-sized range, you can buy the whole lot as part of the Super Collection which includes an Alchemy Bowl and Masking Brush as well for £300, so truly the full shebang.  Find the whole Superfood range here – link.

    Christmas Candles

I really do love Christmas candles so much; I don't feel like anything is properly "Christmassy" unless there's a Christmas...
