I am soooo excited and appreciative to Philips who are giving me one of the Lumea Precision Plus hair removal devices to giveaway to one of you lucky people.  Normally with competitions like this I like to share my thoughts on the product before offering the prize, but as I’m still breastfeeding my son, I can’t actually start using this until I’ve finished (the hormones associated with BFing tend to put you more at risk of pigmentation issues, so it’s best to err on the side of caution with such things) so instead what I need from the lucky winner is the guarantee that they’ll update me on how they get on with their new Lumea.

Therefore, the competition is a little different to the ones I normally run as by entering you’re agreeing to let me know your thoughts on the device after you’ve used it for 8 weeks.  This also means I’ll be updating everybody else on your progress with a blog post about your experience, so please make sure you’re okay with writing a blog post for me detailing your experience before you enter the competition.

Philips Lumea Competition

As it’s a little extra work, Philips have very kindly given me the incentive of ANOTHER Lumea once you complete your blog post.  This means you’ll have two devices (each are worth £450 so this is a mega prize!) one of which you could giveaway to a friend or relative, or do pretty much anything you want with; it’s a thank you for investing your time in letting me know how you got on with the device.

  57. I have klippelfeil syndrome so excessive hairiness is a huge problem for me. Waxing every3 weeks etc so I would love to trial this for you

    As I grow older I seem to get hairier. I’m not sure who has told my body that I’m now over 50, as I certainly haven’t mentioned it.

  127. seriously would love this, spent money on a No! No! and felt seriously let down by the performance and the quality of it, been wanting one of these for ages, in your 30’s it seems hairs take pleasure in springing from new places and at cunning rates of growth, i always thought i would spend all my time worrying about ageing but in reality i spend more time distressed at the hairy mole on my chin and a bikini line thats less of a line and more of an expanding empire lol but rest assured i’d be up for real photos and feedback as long as you guys can stomach the downfall of my hair lol

  175. It is such a shame that you are unable to test this because of your BF. I struggle with hair removal. I find waxing too painful and hate shaving as I get stubbly within one day and it is really irritating. I also get razor burn quite often. I would really love to have the opportunity to test this and would be very happy to let you have as much feedback as you need. Thank you.
