The first is the Huggable Lip Colour; a range of 12 shiny and colourful shades designed to stay in place without compromising on the usual elements needed for long-term lip wear such as glossiness or nourishment. The shades look fantastic and the swatches I’ve seen look extremely promising, so I’ll definitely be picking one of these up for £17.50.
Next up is the Masterclass Brush collection which I am *aching* to get my hands on if they ever come back in stock. There are three new brushes; the Linear brush which is thin and pointed and intended for use with liner for eyes, for filling in brows and for sculpting lips; the Oval 3 brush which is great for hard to reach areas and can be used with creams and powders; and lastly the Oval 6 brush, the largest of all three that can be used with blush and foundation. I’m not too fussed about the Linear brush (and clearly most agree since it’s the only one still in stock) but the Oval brushes I think are hugely exciting and I hope they actually deliver on their intentions as I fear they may be a bit of a gimmick, but hopefully not. The Linear brush is £22.50, the Oval 3 is £27 and the Oval 6 is £33.50. The latter two are out of stock but everything else is available now.
I picked up 6 of the Huggable Lip Colours and honestly am not that impressed. The colours are stunning and I love them all but I didn’t like the formula so much-it was very slippery and bleeds a lot and also was really difficult to apply neatly straight from the bullet
