If there was one era I could take a step back into, it’d be the 60’s as I really do love everything about it; they had the best music (arguably still do; hello The Beatles/The Rolling Stones/The Hollies), the best make-up (lined eyes and pink lips are still pretty much my staple make-up look), the most amazing fashion (I love monochrome and skinny jeans) and I always get the impression that it was a decade where everyone was at their happiest; having spoken to both my parents about it, they say how happy they are that they were around for the 60’s and I am so jealous that they got to experience the era first-hand!
To celebrate Superdrug’s 50 years in retail, Max Factor will be releasing a limited edition version of their Clump Defy Mascara which will be housed in a 60’s themed pink and white polka-dot packaging that could not appeal to me more if I had designed it myself; pink and 60’s themed?! It’s a total winner for me for obvious reasons! I’m not sure too sure when the limited edition packaging is set to launch, but keep an eye out for it online and in Superdrug stores soon.
