Three guesses as to why I found this new collection from Pur Minerals so exciting? Look at all that pink! I am a little bit in love with about 90% of this collection which includes four new launches; 2 types of blusher (2 cream shades and 4 powder shades), 10 shades of mineral lipstick and 8 new lipglosses.
This is quite an interesting new collection as all of the products contain extra skincare goodies to work at your skin and lips during wear, meaning that these are kind of like skincare/make-up hybrids. To give you an example, the blushers contain anti-ageing Resveratrox and brightening Vitisin which also hydrates and gently exfoliates, making these some seriously hard-working blushers. The Powder and Cream Blushers are £19.50 and available in 6 shades.
Next up are the Mineral Lipsticks which condition and smooth lips without compromising on colour payoff. The shades are fantastic and perfectly timed for a Spring launch as there are plenty of pretty, floral pinks that I am loving the look of. There are 10 new shades in total including a red, a coral, a couple of nudes and a whole lotta’ pink and these are £16 each.
Lastly we have the Lip Glosses which contain grape seed extract to fight fine lines. I’m getting more into lipgloss lately, and I’m especially enjoying milky and/or baby pink shades of which there are a couple of possibilities in the new eight shades (4 of which are darker berry shades) so it’ll be interesting to see how these deliver with regards to pigmentation and stickiness. They are the same price as the lipsticks at £16 each.
