Throughout the month of April, Jurlique marked Earth Day by sharing their eco-friendly living tips across their social media channels (head to their Facebook page here – link – and Twitter page here – link – to find out more) as well as their favourite products as discussed at the Jurlique Farm in Adelaide, Australia, of which their most favourite I have to show you.
I can’t believe their Jasmine Body Wash and Jasmine Hand Cream (there’s a definite theme as I absolutely love their Jasmine products) weren’t featured! However, there were some true gems mentioned so here’s a look at the most popular Jurlique products as voted for by the people who know them best:
First up we have the Rosewater Balancing Mist which I think is probably one of the most popular products from the Jurlique range is general as it is such a lovely, effective and gentle mist that really does leave skin feeling balanced. There’s also the Wrinkle Softening Cream which I haven’t tried – although I’ve read a couple of reviews which speak very highly of it – and the Herbal Recovery Advanced Serum which is a brilliantly light glow-giver.
There’s nothing I love more than a good mask, so the Intense Recovery Mask is next on my ‘to try’ list as it’s apparently a brilliant revitaliser packed full of antioxidants. The Soothing Moisturising Cream unfortunately broke me out, but in fairness it really did sooth my dehydrated skin and packs a lot of moisture for such a light cream. Lastly we have the Purely Age-Defying Hand Treatment; I’ve become obsessed with hand cream lately so I’m thrilled to have another one to add to my ever-expanding kit.
Lastly we have the two crowd-pleasers, starting with the Rose Silk Finishing Powder. Do you know that Jurlique have a range of finishing powders with different formulas to suit various skin complaints? The Rose Powder is designed to combat dryness and it has the most beautiful scent of fresh roses. The Rose Shower Gel is another gentle, softening body wash that suds wonderfully but doesn’t feel as if it’s stripping skin of moisture. I won’t be trading it for my Jasmine Body Wash just yet (seriously, if you like Jasmine then you need to check it out) but it is beautiful and if you’re a fan of a roses you will absolutely *love* this.
As you can see, the favourites are an amazing range of products loved by the very people who made them, so it’s safe to say they’re going to be the very best of the range. The products I find most exciting from this selection are the hand cream and the mask, so I’ll let you know how I get on with both of those soon.
