I’ve heard amazing things about the Elemental Herbology brand but I’ve never actually tried any of their products until last week…and now I get it! The Macadamia & Papaya Radiance Body Scrub is something else; it’s a beautifully scented gentle scrub that contains a whole host of goodies to leave you with extremely soft and nourished skin.
The key exfoliators in the Elemental Herbology Macadamia & Papaya Radiance Body Scrub (or “scrub” as it shall now be referred to in this post…) are sugar and salt which manually buff skin and Papaya which adds a chemical exfoliating element. These are all housed in Macadamia and Buriti oils which adds the nourishing element. It’s a very thick balm that melts down to a dense oil as you work it into skin which leaves a film of moisture on the skin that lasts long beyond the shower which I really like as it saves time on post-shower body creams; skin is left feeling bouncy and smooth rather than tacky.
The other thing I really like about this scrub is that it doesn’t dissipate as you start to use it in the shower as it’s dense enough to remain together whilst you work it all over your body. I find body scrubs get easily washed away in the shower but this one doesn’t. It smells absolutely amazing whilst you’re using it which then settles down to a hint of scent on the skin, so it won’t interfere with your perfume. You get a decent sized 200ml tub for £30 so I’d recommend trying this amazing scrub, which is out now from Elemental Herbology here – link.

My initial thought – ‘herbology’ sounds like something from Harry Potter! But i’m impressed. I agree with you that often the minute that the body scrub hits to water it’s lost so it is encouraging to learn about something a bit more robust. Will definitely look out for this one.
For some reason I find it a tongue twister so I try not to say “Elemental Herbology” to people if I can help it…xx
