There are a few fruit flavours that I am *such* a sucker for; mostly peach, raspberry, cherry and pear and these are all flavours I seek out in beauty products. Having said that, there’s nothing worse than a synthetic attempt at a fruit flavour and I’ve tried some truly hideous attempts at flavouring in my time. Thankfully, the newest member of the Burt’s Bees lip balm family is a gorgeously flavoured fruity number that I’m trying my hardest not to eat…
The Hydrating Lip Balm with Coconut and Pear is as juicy and tasty as it sounds; thankfully the coconut flavour doesn’t override the pear, and instead when applied you get a lovely hit of refreshing, sweet pear followed by a slight tang of coconut. It’s a truly lovely flavour, especially as it’s quite summery and fresh, plus it really does nourish lips without leaving a film. I’m very happy with this new flavour from Burt’s Bees and it’s definitely one I’ll be replacing when I run out, especially as it’s only £3.69 and you don’t have to apply much to feel the benefits. If Pear is not your thing then have a look at the lip balm page at Burt’s Bees here – link – where you will inevitably find a flavour you like as they all sound so yummy!

I am currently using Burt’s Bee’s nourishing lip balm with mango butter; the formula is absolutely amazing. I might have to try the coconut and pear one you mentioned.
