My obsession with the Triple Threat facial continues and even though I’ve been a bit rubbish at putting aside pampering time lately, I’m back in the game with this Triple Threat Facial for those who are short of time. I realise that the whole TTF thing takes quite a bit of time commitment that not everyone has, so these three masks are super-speedy in delivering benefits, meaning you can get the whole thing done in less than 10 minutes…so no excuses!
The exfoliating element comes from one of my most-reached for masks, which is the Merumaya Skin Brightening Exfoliating Peel. The reason it’s so regularly reached for (and consequently soon to be all used up!) is because it’s sooooo quick to use; you can literally bung it on before you start brushing your teeth and whip it off afterwards for a quick, exfoliating mask. Ideally you want it to be on for around 5 minutes but you can do it for 2-3 minutes and still feel plenty of benefit. This is an essential for those short of time and can be found here – link – for £19.50.
For the purifying element there is no better choice than the one-minute-wonder that is the Biore Self-Heating One Minute Mask which warms (as the name suggests) to suck out all the nasties in less than 60 seconds. I reviewed the new products from Biore a couple of days ago so check out my full review here, or find a set of 4 masks here – link – for £7.99.
The final mask in the triple line-up is extremely popular (albeit it rather expensive) Sisley Express Flower Gel, which is the perfect finishing touch to this Triple Threat edit as it’s a toning and hydrating gel that you leave on, so it’s very time-saving. My typically dehydrated skin loved this; the idea is you leave it for 3 minutes before tissuing off any excess. I applied a thick layer and within a minute there was nothing left other than clean, glowing skin. This is £80 here – link.
There we have an extremely quick Triple Threat Facial; step one takes 5 minutes (or less if you’re really stuck on time), step two takes 2 minutes (1 minute to apply, 1 minute to rinse off) and the final stage takes 3 minutes, so that’s a full 3 masks in 10 minutes! Sorted.
