This is just a super quick heads-up along with a couple of photos of the newly relaunched Boots No7 make-up brushes as I will be writing-up them up in more detail soon! I’m a big fan of No7 brushes and I think they’re often overlooked; the brush set from the Christmas collection (post here) contained 5 brushes and each one of them gets used every single time I apply make-up, which I don’t think I can say about any other brush set!
The No7 brushes have had a relaunch with a new look and allegedly improved capabilities; I say allegedly as I haven’t started using them all yet so I can’t confirm or deny these promises. Thankfully they’re staying in their reasonable, mid-range price point and there’s a fairly decent collection to start them off. The new brushes are:
Stippling Brush – £14.50
Contour and Highlighting Brush – £14
Retractable Bronzer Brush – £15
Retractable Lip Brush – £8
Smudger Brush – £8
Precision Eyeliner – £8
Core Collection Brush Set – £23
The Core Collection is the launch I’m most excited about as you get 4 brushes housed within a brush case with room for more, so at £23 it’s very good value. The brushes I’m most excited about, apart from the Core Collection, are the Stippling Brush, Contour and Highlighting Brush and the Smudger Brush as these are all things that I think will provide the most use. I really hope they decide to expand their line further to include more variety as they really do offer great quality for a decent price point. I’ll be posting closer looks at both the Core Collection and a selection of the single brushes soon, so keep your eyes peeled! In the meantime, the date for your diary is 9th February 2015 when these launch into the store. If you have any brushes from the existing range that you can’t live without, you might want to stock up now just in case the new brushes don’t do it for you!

I’ve never actually tried No7 brushes, but they look great – and No7 is definitely a brand I associate with quality!
They really are fab so well worth checking out xx
I got one in my No7 advent calendar, and another in a free gift. Both are excellent, firm but soft enough to blend well. They’re not as expensive as some brands on the market that aren’t as good!
I think they used to be incredible and now they’re decent enough, but I wish they hadn’t changed them so much! They are very good for their price point though.
