A few weeks ago I attended an event for Dove with the focus being on the importance of colour. I had a chat with the lovely Fashion Stylist, Alex Longmore, followed by another chat with Confidence Coach, the awesome Natalie Thomas. All of this took place in a pop-up shop that was styled specifically for the event which I’ve included a couple of pictures of as I think it really demonstrates just how amazingly impactful colour is – just look at all those beautiful brights; don’t they make you feel happier?
The reason Dove are focusing so much on colour is due to their Little Colourful Dress campaign, which is aimed to encourage all women to branch out and experiment with colour, whilst moving away from the typical little black dress. Dove Invisible Dry has been tested on 100 colours and didn’t leave a mark on any of them, so you can be safe in the knowledge that any colour will stay free from those tell-tale white marks. I am actually a big fan of Dove Invisible Dry as I find it a very effective deodorant that keeps me fresh and clean smelling, even when I’m running around London trying to find the entrance to an event in the balmy Summer heat that we got a brief glimpse of last week. It’s always the deodorant I buy whenever I run out as I love the smell, it does the trick and I’m also a big fan of Dove too. Lastly, it’s also cheap as chips with the 75ml can costing £2.79, whilst the slightly larger 125ml can costs £3.79, the latter of which is currently on special at Boots here – link – for just £1.75!!
