As promised, here’s a little look at a way you can try out a couple of the key products from the new bareMinerals skincare range that I blogged about yesterday. There’s currently a kit available on QVC called the 4 Piece Radiant Future Collection which contains two products from the new – and as yet, unreleased – skincare line, alongside a lovely primer and a pot of the original foundation, plus a Flawless Application Brush to use with the powder.
You get a 2g pot of the Original Foundation, and you can pick which of the nine shades you’d like – I’m pleased this is an option as there’s often quite a limited colour range in sets like these. The Flawless Application Brush is one of my favourites – possibly my very favourite – brush for applying mineral powder as you can really build-up a good coverage, yet the brush is firm enough to buff it fully into the skin. The one with the kit is a smaller version, but it still maintains the softness and density of the larger version.
The Prep Step Moisture Set Radiant Prep Cream is completely new to me – there’s no sign of it on the UK bareMinerals site, but there’s something very similar on the USA site – but it is absolutely lovely and a great moisturising primer product that leaves skin looking and feeling prepared for make-up without looking too silicone-y or shiny. You get 20ml of this which should definitely give you a good few uses. The first of the skincare items is the key skincare product from the new range, which is the Skinlongevity Vital Power Infusion Serum, which you can read a bit more about in my earlier post. Again, it’s a smaller size at 7.5ml, but that should definitely be enough for you to try out and assess whether you fancy the full-sized product; the same of which can be said about the final product, which is a 30g pot of the Bare Haven Essential Soft Cream, which is the product aimed at normal to dry skin and the lightest of the oil formulas. This is a whole set designed to give you your perfect skin finish, with a serum, cream, primer and foundation all included, all of which are decent sample sizes to give you a great introduction to some of the new products. The bareMinerals 4 Piece Radiant Future Collection is a QVC special, currently on the introductory price of £27.36 plus P&P.

They do amazing sets – I always get so excited by their new launches!
Hey, wow!! Your blog is really cool, you really tried all those products, it’s impressive!! I have acne , acne scars, cystic acne, and huge pores since I was 13. I’ve tried lots of products, but now I am just trying to keep it as simple as possible. I currently live in France so I have access to a lot of good products. My current routine includes Bioderma Serum and Global, Lierac Prescriptions, Sanoflore Aqua Magnifica. I am really interested in trying the May Lindstrom skin care line, as I heard very good reviews about it. Did you already try the May Lindstrom powders? What about Lierac Prescriptions and Sanoflore? I really love those lines, they do work very well. Thank you for the blog and bon courage pour la suite (meaning good luck) 🙂
Hi Elena,
Thanks so much for your comment and sorry for the delay in my reply! I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed reading some of my posts and thanks for the recommendations!
I haven’t tried any May Lindstrom but I’ve heard great things about the range so it’s definitely on my try list! xx
