This weekend sees the arrival of another lovely QVC TSV from Elemis, the Skin Rituals Collection, which is an awesome edit of some of the brand’s most popular products, alongside some new launches. I *think* everything is full-sized apart from the Marine Cream which I think is a deluxe sample size at 30ml. Everything else looks pretty mega sized making this the usual bargain you’ve come to expect from a TSV.
The Elemis Skin Rituals Collection contains six products in total, alongside a really rather lovely cosmetics case that’s both sturdy and pretty, making it ideal for travel. There are four skincare items and two body items, and what I especially love about this set is the fact that two cleansers are included, which will no doubt encourage a good double cleanse – so if that isn’t part of your routine, these might sway you!
The first cleanser is the Smart Cleanse Micellar Water which is a hefty 200ml and a new launch from the brand. I haven’t tried it yet, but Elemis do the most phenomenal cleansers, so I anticipate their take on a micellar to be good. Sweet Orchid is a relatively new fragrance from Elemis and it is absolutely stunning – so pretty; floral and a little sharp and just dreamy. The Skin Rituals Collection contains a Sweet Orchid Shower Cream as well as the new Sweet Orchid Monoi Body Oil, which I didn’t have in my set for some reason, but going on the fragrance of the Shower Cream, I’m going to need the oil in my life.
The Skin Rituals Collection is slightly customisable as you can pick which Pro-Collagen Marine Cream you go for – either the original or the Ultra-Rich; I’ve used both and I would say that, if you have generally good skin, the original is perfect for this time of the year whilst the Ultra-Rich is better suited to colder months or more dry skin types. The Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is a brilliant inclusion as this will really last you – a little goes a very long way! Finally the Papaya Enzyme Peel is a great, gentle yet effective mask that will give you a decent chemical exfoliation without too much ‘zing’. The value of the set is just over £180, but the TSV price is £58.96 (although the P&P is a tad hefty at £5.95!), plus it’ll also be available on 4 Easy-Pays of £14.74, making this a very accessible set for all budgets. It launches on Sunday 24th July 2016, but I’ve just found it online already here – link.
