Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise Collection

Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise Collection

I recently raved about the fabulous Red Carpet Manicure Starter Kit, which has totally changed the way I feel about at-home gel manicures as this kit makes it all so easy and achievable; in the post, I mentioned that the Escape to Paradise collection was what swayed me to try the kit in the first place, since it’s packed full of bright, yet wearable, summery shades and as soon as I saw them, I just had to get stuck-in.  I promised a closer look at the aforementioned collection, so here it is! The stunning Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise.

Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise Collection Swatches

There are six shades in total, starting with Yacht Hoppin’, which is a muted, mint green; Frolic in the Sand is an easy-wearing baby pink that’s just the right side of milky; Until the Sun Sets is a corally, pinky, sunset orange that I’m wearing in this picture; Poolside Fling is a stunning teal shade that really needs to be swatched to be appreciated – it would make for the most gorgeous pedicure shade and would look especially good with a tan; Boats and Heels is a lovely mid-toned purple that’s just bright enough and finally Sun Kiss and Tell is a mid-toned pink that again is just the right side of bright without heading into neon territory.

Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise Collection Review

See what I mean? Such a lovely collection of colours that are so beautifully summery! I would struggle to pick a favourite, but I think the one I’m least likely to reach for is Yacht Hoppin’ as it isn’t really my sort of shade.  I was surprised how much I liked Until the Sun Sets and I kept it on for absolutely ages.  I’ve currently got gels on my fingers now (from an event) but I will be trying out another shade – almost definitely one of the pinks – very soon, so keep an eye on my Instagram if you want to see how that turns out.  Each shade of the Red Carpet Manicure Escape to Paradise collection costs £12.95 and can be found here – link.
