There’s a lot to love about the Beauty Bakerie Game of Cones palette…not just the awesome name, but the mix of fun, yet surprisingly wearable, shades that provide lots of colour and lots of shimmer, making this the sort of palette that’s handy to have in your collection for times when you fancy a bit more pizzazz.
The Beauty Bakerie Game of Cones contains 12 shades in total, all of which have names that you might associate with Game of Thrones, some of which are very obvious, but there are a few subtle names too. The shade range is very good, with a collection of brights and neutrals so you’re able to put together an interesting mix of looks.
As you can see from the swatches, these are bright, bold and shimmery numbers with some gorgeous duo-chromes – check out that stunning peachy Storm number that goes from peach to pink depending on the light, it just makes me think of summery make-up and lying on the beach. What I really like about the shades in this palette is that they are all pretty individual and don’t rely on the others to create a look, just a single shade creates a strong pop of colour.
Whilst the bright numbers in the Beauty Bakerie Game of Cones palette are the first to catch your eye, I really love the more nude shades as they are perfect for a quick neutral eye – Poppy Seed looks almost vintage gold in the pan, yet the duo-chrome really comes to light in the swatch, making it a vibrant copper that leans khaki in certain light. These are beautiful shades that will likely offer something new to your collection. Beauty Bakerie Game of Cones is available now and I believe it launched late last year. It’s £36 and available on Cult Beauty, although it’s currently out of stock, but worth keeping an eye out for.
It’s a gorgeous palette but I have become really boring with my eye makeup so I know I wouldn’t wear the brights! xx
Nice shades?
They’re pretty aren’t they? xx
