The Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box contains six products, leaning a little make-up heavy this month which is something I personally prefer, as it’s a lot easier to experiment with make-up than it is with skincare. Here’s a look at what each box contains:
Percy & Reed Session Hold Hairspray (some will get the Sukin Pink Clay Facial Masque) – I was really pleased to see this included in the box as I attended an event with the guys at Percy & Reed a while ago, and they told me all about this hairspray, which actually contains heat protection, so you can use it during styling (instead of leaving it until the end) and I thought that was such a clever idea!
Medik8 Hydr8 Serum (some will get the REN Atlantic Kelp Body Lotion) – I was hoping I’d get the Hydr8 Serum as my skin is just on the wrong side of dehydrated at the mo, so it needs a touch more hydration and I’m hoping this will help.
Jecca Blac Champagne Glow Drops – this is the first of the three make-up items and this sounds like a really good product, that you can either use as a glow-giving base under foundation, or as a precise highlighter for added luminosity.
Brushworks Double-Ended Brush – who doesn’t look a good multi-tasking brush? This double-ended number has a shader/blender at one end and a liner/brow brush at the other.
TheBalm Petal to the Metal Eye Shadow – I’m so happy to see TheBalm again! I love this brand – I think the products are so cute and charismatic and I like the fact that there are various shades included in the box too.
Avant Pro Radiance Brightening Eye Final Touch – this sounds nice enough, promising to address a multitude of eye care issues with some fab ingredients including Hyaluronic Acid and Sea Water.
The Christmas Edition of the Lookfantastic December 2020 box is really lovely and there’s not a single product I’m unhappy to see. It’s available now starting at £13 per month if you commit to a 12 month subscription, or if you’d prefer to pay monthly, it’s £15 a month.
