I’ve made it my mission this week to try and share with you some of the great brands that I’ve been sitting on for a while and haven’t had a chance to feature, one of which is the amazing Aroma Active Laboratories, a budget-friendly wellness brand that’s been gracing the shelves of Boots for the last few months.

Aroma Actives Laboratories is the high street answer to your wellness needs, with a comprehensive range of products that include some beautiful concepts and fresh ideas. Here are five products I’d recommend checking out:
Aroma Active Laboratories Sleep Mist (£10 here – link) – a beautiful mix of Ylang Ylang, Lavandin and Valerian that’s heady without being overpowering. I love sleep mists as I really believe they work, and this one is a total bargain!
Aroma Active Laboratories SOS Stomach Massage Oil (£12 here – link) – I’ve had a horrible time with my tummy health over the last year, and at times the pain can be excruciating. I had no expectations for this oily rollerball, but I noticed an improvement within minutes and everything felt more settled, so well worth a try if you struggle with tummy pain.
Aroma Active Laboratories Sleep Pulse Point Rollerball (£8 here – link) – another rollerball, this one is designed to help you sleep. As the name suggests, you apply it to your pulse points and it’ll help you settle in for the night. I applied this to my temples and I think it’s noteworthy that it didn’t break me out!
Aroma Active Laboratories Sleep Salt Soak (£15 here – link) – okay so there is definitely a pattern forming here, since all my recommendations are stress/sleep related, but these are the products that help! I love a bath soak, I love bath salts, so this one is a no-brainer.
Aroma Active Laboratories Soothing Universal Repair Cream (£10 light version here – link – rich version here – link) – they do skincare too! There are lots of goodies in the sort of arena you’d expect, with soothing, gentle formulas and products that are easy to slot into your routine. This particular cream comes in a light and rich version, so great for seasonal changes and different skin types
