So much beautiful newness from SUQQU for the SS24 season! As usual, there’s a stunning colour collection featuring all manner of pretties, including a new lipstick launch – the Moisture Glaze Lipstick – alongside two new colourways of the Signature Color Eyes, three new shades of Liquid Luster Eyes, two new Pure Color Blushes and three new Nail Color Polishes, one of which is called SAKIMOYOU and it’s the most amazing mix of lilac-tinged-grey -absolutely amazing!
The SUQQU Spring/Summer 2024 collection finds inspiration in the “rich colours” and “uplifting bliss” of Spring, so expect pastels with the SUQQU twist to keep them fresh and interesting. The two Signature Color Eyes are both absolutely dreamy, with 134 providing cool and smoky lilac and mauve, whilst 135 (pictured) is a little more grungy with a gentle gold mixed with deep brown and an icy, blue-leaning grey.
The Pure Color Blushes come in shades 146 (pictured) which contains a warm pink with a blue-white highlight, and 147, which is a warm orange with a gold-flecked lilac highlight. All three of the new Liquid Lustre Eyes are right up my street; 06 – a copper-leaning peach; 103 – a glitter enhanced smoky violet, and finally 104, a gold-flecked khaki…I do love a khaki eye!
The exciting new Moisture Glaze Lipsticks come in 10 new shades that are mostly nudes or muted tones. I have shade 02 which is the loveliest, prettiest nude-leaning pink. The formula is very balmy, so I was expecting less of a colour payoff, but it actually provides a rich hit of colour that you can build-up to an almost “vinyl lips” look. I love this formula so I really hope SUQQU extend the shade range!
There’s also a new Designing Massage Cream Kit, built around the iconic Designing Massage Cream in a new and limited edition, bright and invigorating fragrance. The set comes with a lovely big pot of the cream, as well as 50ml of the Clarifying Toner (great to refresh skin after doing the GANKIN Massage) and 10g of the best sunscreen ever, the Protecting Day Cream SPF50.
