Buy it! Buy it now! This absolute star of a moisturiser has become a total essential in my kit – used twice daily since it’s arrival and I’m just about to start on my second pot, which I purchased half way through my current pot for fear of running out. The Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Jelly is the Goldilocks porridge of hydrators for me, it provides just enough hydration without leaving any residue, so my skin feels and looks perfectly balanced.
The Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Jelly is probably overlooked in favour of it’s much more famous older sister, the Hydraluron Moisture Boosting Serum, but this brilliant moisturiser is an absolute essential for anyone who struggles to get the balance right between products that hydrate and products that break you out. It’s also a great buy if you’re using spot treatment products that are causing dryness as this sits really well on top – I’m using it over Differin, a retinol product known for being extremely drying, and it works beautifully. Using one pump twice a day (extra credit for the fabulous one-handed pump dispenser – handy and hygienic too!) lasts about six weeks so £24.99 is about right, slightly higher than budget but nowhere near luxury in price tag. I honestly love this so much – it’s so light and lovely, it leaves skin feeling really well hydrated and it sits really well under make-up too, it’s just one of those products that does exactly as it promises. How do you find the differin gel works? I’m hopefully going to start this shortly?
I’ve found it brilliant – you have to keep at it, introduce it slowly and wear a good SPF, especially as skin can feel a little sensitive to touch, but it definitely works for me and reduces spots as well as redness. Some people find it too drying though, just a heads-up.
