The April 2017 Glossybox is all about beauty on-the-go, so the contents focus on speeding up the beautifying process – consequently, the main focus is on make-up but there’s also a hair product and a hand sanitiser too.
I’m always happy when there’s a lot of make-up as I think this is the area of beauty that most of us won’t mind experimenting with. Having said that, there is one make-up item included in the Glossybox April 2017 contents that is very, very strange!
Make-up brushes are products I always struggle to say “no” to – I spend an alarming amount of time on eBay picking up cheapie sets – so I’m always happy to have a new one to try which is handy since the Sportex Double Time Brush Buffer + Powder Duo is double ended, so I technically have two brushes to try! Cleansing Conditioners is another product that I love; interestingly, they work really well for my fine hair and leave it feeling soft and clean without flyaways, so I’m looking forward to trying this Elgon Deliwash Cleansing Conditioner. I’m excited to try the Rodial Glamolash Mascara XXL as I don’t think I’ve ever tried a make-up item from Rodial that I haven’t really, really liked.
The Merci Handy Love and Hand Cleansing Gels seem to suddenly be everywhere and I do have a few of these knocking around but I keep forgetting to put one in my handbag, so I’m going to change that today with this one included in the April 2017 Glossybox. The final product is the aforementioned strange one; look at that beautiful punchy pink lip crayon – isn’t that going to be a beautiful shade for bright and glossy lips this summer? Actually, it’s the ModelCo Contour Stick – that’s right, that bright pink crayon is for contouring. When you open it up, it’s a more traditional contour brown shade (at first I thought the product itself would be pink too – how weird would that be? April Fool’s maybe?) but to house it in a bright pink stick just seems incredibly odd to me…maybe it’s just me?! Find out more about Glossybox here – link.
