Glow Hub are one of those brands that are absolutely massive on TikTok, but you don’t really see as much about them elsewhere, which is particularly interesting since they have all the markings of an attractive beauty brand: gorgeous and enticing formulas over both skincare and makeup, fun packaging and an affordable price point. One of their key lines is their range of treatment serums, and they recently released a range of masks that match these aforementioned serums; this is a such a clever idea as the masks are like a ramped-up version of the serums, so you can use a specific mask as a weekly powerful treatment, then maintain the benefits with the serum, daily.
There are four masks in the range so far:
Barrier Builder Healthy Skin Mask (pink) – a mix of skin barrier boosting ceramides, fatty acids and lipids, this can be used overnight as sleep mask too. This reminds me very much of the Verso Nourishing Mask or the Beauty Pie Bio-Ceramide Moisture Mask, but it’s much more affordable.
Hydration Hero Hydra_Gel Face Mask (blue) – another mask great for hydration, but in a cooling gel formula of hyaluronic and polyglutamic acid, so a great choice for after skin treatments or when you’ve been overdoing the acids.
Glow Giver Exfoliating Mask (green) – a fantastic take on an acid mask, with a gorgeous trio of glycolic, lactic and salicylic acid to gently exfoliate and brighten skin.
Scar Slayer Brightening Face Mask (orange) – this is the only one that contains niacinamide, so I have to tread carefully, but it’s designed to reduce pigmentation and improve overall tone. Shout out to the brand for not ramming every new skincare release with niacinamide so those of us (and there are many!) who can’t tolerate it are still able to enjoy their products!
The Glow Hub Next Gen Acid Mask Collection really is very impressive, and you can mix and match depending on your needs. I love to use Glow Giver followed by Barrier Builder for a quick and easy treatment. The design of the applicator is interesting, as you have a kind of rubber spade with a hole that dispenses the products, so you can technically apply it directly to the face as the spade allows you to smooth the product across your skin, but as a spotty girl, this kind of thing makes me nervous from the perspective of contamination, so I tend to just squeeze out the products and apply with a brush.
The full Glow Hub Next Gen Acid Mask Collection is available now at £14 each, or £48 for the full set. You can also buy sets of the matching mask and serum – I’ve linked to that page here – link.

The price is great! I’m rarely on TikTok so hadn’t heard of this brand before! x
