Models Own have been busy bodies, considering this year we’ve seen the arrival of Fruit Pastels and Ice Neons and now we have Artstix as well as new shades added to the Hed Kandi collection, and it’s only April!
Artstix are a range of eight combinations of bestselling Models Own shades paired with the most popular Models Own nail effects; so you have a colour base coat at one end of the stick and the nail effect at the other end.
There are some gorgeous combinations and I have Boogie Dream to have a play with, so I’ll post about that soon.
These are available tomorrow (Saturday) from the Bottleshop and online here, before they launch nationwide at Boots on the 17th of this month.
Next up are the new additions to the Hed Kandi range which was a hugely successful launch of last year designed around the colours of the party island, Ibiza. There are two new shades, Sunset Chillout; a glitter polish which is an explosion of coloured glitter perfect for partying, and Bora Bora which I absolutely LOVE the look of. It’s designed to mimic the white sands of Ibiza and it’s a gold glitter polish with a fine texture which I think is spot on. The minute I saw it, before reading the press release, I knew it was supposed to be sand and I just think it’s the sort of shade that will look amazing in the sun…I can’t wait to get my hands on it!
