Kiko Eyeclics and Infinity Eyeshadows

Kiko are the kings of affordable yet high-quality and innovative make-up products; I know this, yet I’m always astounded by the rate that they manage to produce new launches and lines, and it’s never just a  couple of products either, it’s always a mega launch! The new Kiko Eyeclics and corresponding Infinity Eyeshadows are a perfect example of the aforementioned mega launch.

Starting with the Eyeclics.  Kiko Eyeclics are a range of fully customisable palettes that work with the new Infinity Eyeshadows.  You can purchase a palette as a single (£1.90), trio (£3.90), four slots (£4.90), nine slots (£9.90) or 24 slots (15.90).  Quite why you’d want to buy the single I’m not sure, maybe it’s just thrown in for good measure? The prices are for the palettes alone, and obviously it’s extra to add individual eyeshadows.  The palette in these pictures is the nine slot palette.

Once you’ve decided on your palette size, you then need to pick your eyeshadows and this is where it gets a lot more fun, as this is where the new Infinity and Infinity+ shadows come in; the former of which is matte and the latter is high shimmer/sparkle.  The new Infinity shadows are available in 96 (!!) new shades, and the Infinity+Sparkle shadows are available in 12 new shades.

You don’t have to fill your palette and can just add a couple to your order (or just order the palette on its own if that’s all you’re after!) and I kind of see these palettes as make-up charm bracelets that you can add to and subtract from whenever you fancy a change.  That’s the beauty of these; they’re investment pieces, that after an initial layout, should last you from season to season with a few tweaks here and there, depending on what colours are fashion and/or what colours you’re enjoying using.  The Infinity Eyeshadows are £5.90 each, which the Infinity+ are £7.90 each.  For more info, head on over to the Kiko site here.
